		<description>Thank God for commonsense.  I so agree with you Lesley Anne in fact with every word.  I do not select people to work with because they are the only one in the room. I choose them because I believe I can get on with them and work well with them.  In the group I frequent regularly this practice has been suggested.  There are some members much as I enjoy talking with them I would fly to the moon rather then employ them.  I choose peole I know are right for me and for my business and the rest I like to chat to!</description>
